If the system fails at that moment, who is affected and what must be recovered? Name the path that cannot be lost during a change.

Which users, Danish content, formats, DKK journeys, providers, data responsibilities, or accessibility needs change the design?
The systems
List the existing website, database, identity, payment, CRM, documents, reports, and vendor accounts. Say who controls access.
The decision table
Name the business owner, Danish content reviewer, technical contact, provider contact, specialist adviser, and person allowed to approve release.
The evidence
What observable result means done? Include a success path, a failure path, performance or accessibility needs, and the handoff evidence required.
